Clint Nelson is a homegrown native of the Brainerd Lakes Area. Graduation class of 1972 and graduated from the Realtors Insitute in 1976. As a co-founder of Positive Realty, he has always ensured that the focus of the agents is combining work and family in one. He is Real-Pro certified, a former member of RESSEI, Real Estate and Exchange Institute, Realtors Land Institute and is registered in subdivided lands in Minnesota. That's a level of comprehension you can't learn in a book. His experience doesn't just encompass the buying and selling of homes but his vast knowledge of what's going on in financing, appraising, leasing, and development is astounding.
Clint is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman taking the time to do in our area what everyone wants to come here for! Along with that, he takes pride in the community he has helped built by volunteering and staying active.
Clint keeps his pulse on the community being a part of different organizations. He is the current director of Riverwood Bank, former director and former president of Emertius of BLAEDC, and a Shriner for 35 years.
